RETURNS AND EXCHANGE


We sincerely apologize for any reasons which brings you to this page. Below is our return and refund policy. 
 
* Stylistly operates based on high trust between us and our customers. 


* All items purchased on Stylistly are non-exchangeable and non returnable. 


* We currently do not accept any form of exchange and returns, unless at an event, it is a fault at our own part. In such circumstances, we will pay for all postage incurred. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us at stylistly@gmail.com 


* Stylistly products will be carefully inspected to ensure quality before mailing out. 


* SALE items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 
 
Exchange Is Only Allowed If: 
Please take note that EXCHANGES are inspected upon receipt/invoice and will only be made once customer has mailed back the

item(s) in good condition WITHIN 7 days after receiving the item. Any later than that will be dismissed. Items must be UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED  and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. 
 
IMPORTANT NOTICE: 
* For returns & exchanges, please email us within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. 
* Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. 
* Strictly no refunds will be issued after 7 days of receiving the products. 
* Strictly NO cash refund. We will only refund you in form of Store Credit with the same amount as the returned item. 
* We will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent to customer and give Store Credit to compensate.
